Lauren Cuscuna supports the Analytics and Insights team in optimizing field programs and innovations, as well as building an evidence base around financial viability and sustainability. She constructs the financial models and data analysis related to our field optimizations and small water enterprises, which provide insight on pricing, consumer behavior, and cost-benefit analysis. She also assists the Development team on proposals and partnership efforts.
Previous to Safe Water Network, Lauren worked internationally as an advisor for impact investors, social enterprises, and accelerators. Her work includes program management, market and financial analysis, and capital raising.
